At AbidePrint, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy for both physical and digital products.


🖼 Physical Products (Canvases & Posters)

Returns & Refunds
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund.
• If you simply change your mind, you may still return the item — return shipping costs may apply.
• Customers are responsible for returning the item to receive a refund.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges (Size or Product Variations)
• Ordered the wrong size or want a different variation? We’re happy to exchange it.
• The original item must be returned in new condition.
• Customers may be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.


🚫 Order Cancellations

Because each canvas is made to order, cancellations depend on your order status:
• If your order has not yet been printed or shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
• Once your order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


💻 Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once files are delivered.
• If you experience any issues (e.g., file corruption, incorrect format, or quality concerns), please contact us — we’ll promptly provide a replacement or technical support.


🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@abideprint.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a short explanation of your request.
  3. For damaged items, please include photos as proof.
  4. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if needed.
  5. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund. It typically takes 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
